- investigate disputes where appropriate.
Public presentation of reviews should follow PREVA's current privacy and moderation rules.
PREVA does not need to publicly expose a customer's personal contact details for a review to be displayed.
4. CUSTOMER INTENT AND ENQUIRIES
When users voluntarily provide information about their property interests, PREVA may use that information to provide relevant platform functionality and to produce aggregated insights.
Where a user explicitly consents to being contacted or to sharing an enquiry with an appropriate developer or representative, PREVA may process the information for that purpose.
Submitting customer-intent information does not automatically mean that all personal contact information becomes public.
5. DEVELOPER CONTACT REQUESTS
A developer or representative may request contact with a customer where the platform supports that workflow.
PREVA should not disclose a customer's private contact information solely because a developer requests it.
Where the product requires customer approval before contact details are shared, that approval must be respected.

These events may be used for:
platform analytics, performance measurement, product improvement, aggregated intelligence, security, and reporting.
Where PREVA provides aggregated analytics to developers or other authorized users, privacy thresholds and access controls may be applied to reduce the risk of exposing individual user activity.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
PREVA may use third-party infrastructure or service providers required to operate the platform.
These may include services for:
- hosting and application infrastructure;
- databases;
- authentication;
- communications;
- analytics;
- security;
- email;
- messaging;
- other operational functions.
Only describe a specific provider publicly when that provider is actually configured and disclosure is appropriate.
Do not populate this policy with providers that are merely planned or disabled.
8. DATA SHARING
PREVA does not sell personal user data to advertisers.
PREVA may share or process information only where reasonably required for:
- providing requested platform functionality;
- processing a user-authorized enquiry;
- operating infrastructure through service providers;
- protecting PREVA, its users, or the platform;

Paid developer subscriptions must not grant unrestricted access to individual customer personal data.

PREVA may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide platform functionality;
- maintain account and review integrity;
- resolve disputes;
- protect the platform;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Different categories of information may require different retention periods.
Where specific automated retention controls exist in PREVA, continue to honor them.
Do not invent fixed retention periods that are not actually implemented.

PREVA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect platform information.
However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and should notify PREVA if they believe their account has been compromised.
