Understand how eligible reviews become project and developer scores.

TRANSPARENT BY DESIGN

Scores are evidence, not promises

PREVA displays a score only when the available review count and confidence meet the configured thresholds.

The current ranking implementation uses the following safeguards.

Only approved reviews for eligible active project-scoped criteria enter the calculation.

Each review contributes through the weighted average of its eligible criteria.

Verification and review age apply separate multipliers.

The result is shrunk toward the configured global mean using a confidence constant.

Developer scores aggregate eligible project scores rather than treating all reviews as one pool.

Scores are withheld when the minimum review or confidence threshold is not met.
