Terms of Use

PREVA is an information, ratings, reviews, comparison, and intelligence platform.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific service:

PREVA is not the property developer, property owner, seller, or contracting party for real-estate units displayed on the platform.

Information available through PREVA should support research and decision-making but should not replace independent legal, financial, technical, or property due diligence.

PREVA may display information obtained from:

• developers;
• official/public sources;
• authorized representatives;
• users;
• PREVA platform activity;
• other identified sources where appropriate.

Real-estate information may change.

This can include:

prices, availability, payment plans, delivery dates, construction status, unit specifications, and other commercial information.

PREVA seeks to present information responsibly but does not guarantee that every item of third-party or time-sensitive property information is always complete, current, or error-free.

Users should verify material commercial or contractual information with the relevant developer or authorized party before making a financial decision.

PREVA ratings and scores are produced according to PREVA's published/current methodology.

Paid subscriptions, advertising, or commercial relationships must not improve a developer's or project's PREVA Score or alter customer rating weighting.

Ratings, popularity, views, searches, and comparison activity are different metrics and should not be treated as equivalent.

Users should review PREVA's Methodology page for additional information.

Users submitting ratings or reviews must:

• provide information honestly;
• submit content based on their genuine relationship or experience where required;
• avoid knowingly false or misleading statements;
• avoid impersonation;
• avoid harassment, threats, unlawful content, spam, or manipulation;
• avoid submitting content in exchange for improper incentives where prohibited by PREVA rules.

PREVA may moderate, restrict, flag, investigate, or remove content that violates platform rules or applicable law.

A negative rating or review is not, by itself, a reason for removal.

Where supported by the platform, developers or authorized representatives may:

• submit an official response;
• report a review;
• request clarification;
• raise a dispute for moderation.

Submitting a dispute does not guarantee removal or modification of the review.

Paid subscriptions must not purchase review deletion or a favorable moderation outcome.

Users are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• protecting their credentials;
• activity conducted through their account;
• notifying PREVA of suspected unauthorized access.

PREVA may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, data integrity, or enforce platform rules.

Claiming or accessing a developer/company profile does not give the user ownership of PREVA's independent ratings, reviews, scores, or platform data.

Company access may require verification and approval.

PREVA may suspend, reject, revoke, or request additional information regarding a company-access request where reasonably required to protect platform integrity.

Where paid plans are offered, they may provide additional functionality such as profile-management tools, analytics, reports, team features, or other services described at the time of purchase.

Paid access does not:

• improve PREVA Score;
• change rating weighting;
• guarantee favorable reviews;
• guarantee ranking position;
• guarantee leads or sales;
• permit removal of legitimate negative reviews.

Specific commercial terms may be presented separately when a paid service is purchased.

PREVA may provide comparisons, analytics, trends, or aggregated intelligence.

Such information reflects data available to PREVA within the relevant scope, sample, and reporting period.

It should not automatically be interpreted as:

market share, investment advice, a guarantee of performance, or a recommendation to purchase a specific property.

Users retain responsibility for content they submit.

By submitting content intended for display or platform processing, the user grants PREVA the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, moderate, display, and operate that content as part of PREVA's services, subject to applicable law and PREVA's Privacy Policy.

Users must not submit content they do not have the right to provide.

Users must not:

• attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape or systematically extract PREVA data in violation of platform rules;
• manipulate ratings or reviews;
• create fraudulent accounts;
• interfere with platform operation;
• upload malicious code;
• misuse personal information obtained through PREVA;
• impersonate another person or company;
• use PREVA for unlawful activity.

PREVA may take reasonable action to prevent abuse.

PREVA's branding, platform design, original content, report designs, methodology materials, software, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, images, and property information remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of PREVA intellectual property.

PREVA aims to maintain reliable platform access but does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, technical failures, security issues, third-party infrastructure, or other circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.

PREVA provides information intended to support users' research and decision-making.

Real-estate transactions may involve significant financial and legal commitments.

Users remain responsible for conducting appropriate independent verification and obtaining professional advice where necessary before entering into a transaction.

Nothing on PREVA should be interpreted as a guarantee of investment return, property value, delivery, availability, or future performance.

PREVA may update platform features and these Terms as the service evolves.

The current Terms should display the effective/last-updated date.

Material changes should be communicated where appropriate.

Use of PREVA is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Do NOT hardcode a specific governing court, arbitration forum, or exclusive jurisdiction unless PREVA's legal entity and approved legal jurisdiction have been formally confirmed.
